Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, Neo Hair Lotion is non-returnable once opened or used.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at contact@green-wealth.in with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
Return Approval & Pickup
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share return instructions.
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method:
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI (details will be requested)
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may place a new order after the refund is processed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
