Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@green-wealth.in with your Order ID.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if the order has already been shipped.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Order has already been dispatched
- Order is out for delivery
- Order has been delivered
In such cases, return eligibility (if any) will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
