We ship across India, including metro cities, non-metro cities, and remote locations.

Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, operational delays, or local restrictions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express Shipping: Free
Cash on Delivery (COD): Free

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email/phone. You may track the shipment on our website or the respective courier’s tracking portal.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or customer refusal:

The order amount will be refunded (in case of prepaid orders).
Shipping and RTO charges may be deducted if applicable.

A reshipment can be arranged after address verification and payment of any additional logistics charges.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
